Q：讚美之泉 App 是免費的嗎？ A：App 免費下載，提供歌曲試聽及精彩影片觀看等免費功能。如需使用完整歌曲庫、樂譜下載、離線暢聽等進階功能，可選擇訂閱聆聽方案、樂譜方案或全享方案。

Q: Is the Stream of Praise App free? A: The app is free to download, with free features including song previews and video viewing. For advanced features such as full music library access, sheet music downloads, and offline listening, you can subscribe to the Listen, Score, or All Access plan.

Q：App 支援哪些裝置？ A：支援 iOS 15.0 以上的 iPhone ，以及 Android 8.0 以上的裝置。

Q: What devices are supported? A: The app supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 15.0 or later, and Android devices running Android 8.0 or later.

Q：App 支援哪些語言？ A：目前支援繁體中文、簡體中文及英文。

Q: What languages are supported? A: Currently supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English.

Q：如何取消訂閱？ A：

iOS 使用者：

  1. 開啟「設定」App

  2. 點選你的名字（Apple ID）

  3. 點選「訂閱項目」

  4. 找到「讚美之泉」並點選

  5. 點選「取消訂閱」

Android 使用者：

  1. 開啟 Google Play 商店

  2. 點選右上角個人頭像

  3. 點選「付款和訂閱」→「訂閱」

  4. 找到「讚美之泉」並點選

  5. 點選「取消訂閱」

取消訂閱後，您仍可使用已付費期間的功能，直到訂閱到期為止。

Q: How do I cancel my subscription? A:

iOS users:

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap your name (Apple ID)

  3. Tap "Subscriptions"

  4. Find "Stream of Praise" and tap it

  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right

  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"

  4. Find "Stream of Praise" and tap it

  5. Tap "Cancel subscription"

After cancellation, you can continue using the features until the end of your current billing period.

Q：訂閱會自動續訂嗎？ A：是的，訂閱將於當期結束前 24 小時內自動續訂。如不需續訂，請於當期結束前至少 24 小時取消訂閱。

Q: Will my subscription auto-renew? A: Yes, your subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period. To stop renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

🎶 音樂與樂譜 Music & Scores

Q：可以離線收聽歌曲嗎？ A：聆聽方案及全享方案的訂閱者可以下載歌曲進行離線收聽。

Q: Can I listen to songs offline? A: Subscribers to the Listen or All Access plan can download songs for offline listening.

Q：樂譜可以列印嗎？ A：目前 App 不支援列印及轉寄樂譜功能。

Q: Can I print the sheet music? A: Printing and forwarding of sheet music is not currently supported.

Q：樂譜筆記功能支援 Android 嗎？ A：樂譜筆記功能目前僅限 iOS 版本使用，Android 版本暫不支援此功能。

Q: Is the score note-taking feature available on Android? A: The score note-taking feature is currently only available on iOS. It is not yet supported on Android.

🔧 疑難排解 Troubleshooting

Q：App 無法播放音樂怎麼辦？ A：請嘗試以下步驟：

  1. 確認網路連線正常

  2. 關閉並重新開啟 App

  3. 確認訂閱狀態是否有效

  4. 更新至最新版本的 App

  5. 如問題持續，請聯絡我們的客服團隊

Q: What should I do if the app won't play music? A: Please try the following steps:
